ACTION "Unlocking the talents of marginalised youth in a digital media environment" is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that involves 6 partners: E-Juniors (France), Future In Perspective (Ireland), JKPeV (Germany), YSBF (Estonia), AKLUB (Czech Republic) and CARDET (Cyprus).

ACTION will develop learning resources providing NEETs new skills for reintegration in the active life. In particular, the learning outputs will focus on the acquisition of necessary competences for digital and social media production.

First of all, partners will focus on developing a suite of action-learning resources to unlock the talents of marginalised youth to build high-value, transversal skills that are essential for inclusion, personal development and employment.

Then, training will be delivered in a ‘scaffolded’ team-learning environment to ensure that learners have the support of their peers throughout the training process. This training will be entirely built in a digital and social media production framework where there are potential roles and opportunities for individuals of all personality types allowing target group members to participate and learn according to their own individual preferences.

The kickoff meeting of the project took place in Virginia (Ireland) on the 11th of June 2019. This meeting allowed the partners to get to know each other and to plan the work for the next 6 months.
